About
We are trivago Engineering — an international, enthusiastic, and knowledge-hungry bunch of techies who enjoy working on challenging problems.
We are on OpenCollective because, as heavy users of Open Source software, we want to give back to the community that creates such valuable tools. We have been contributing code to existing projects, we have shared entirely new projects, and we are making financial contributions to projects we believe in.
One such example is webpack, on which the build of our core product is based. Because we believe in the people behind webpack, and because their work is absolutely excellent, we are supporting webpack with $10,000 per month.
