Last week, despite the snow, we delivered more parcels than any other week. We've got a good system going with lots of different people helping pack, organise + drive food to people across the West End. If you ever have spare time on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday morning to help out organising food at Road to Recovery/George Street Social (45-51 George St, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7JN) please get in touch! We could always do with more drivers on a Saturday too if you can drive or know any drivers : )

This fund has now given out over £9000! Thanks so much to everyone for their contributions. We are also reaching new people in the community as people move to the area/their circumstances change. We currently have £433 coming in on a monthly basis, as well as some one-off donations. There's always higher demand than we have money coming in + there are currently 5 people on the waiting list. Over 75 laptops/desktops/tablets have now gone out across the community to help people do things like accessing online learning, manage their benefits + apply for jobs. Please keep sharing our request for donations of old devices so we can keep helping people get tech access. If you want to help fix up old devices we'd love you to join our team doing that too : )
