We are looking for peer moderators to help us mitigate harm on the skyline! Peer Moderation will be facilitated through your blacksky.community account! You can learn about our moderation here.
We're looking for folks who meet the following:
- Users with a blacksky.app handle or are a member of the Blacksky feed and hosted with us
- Have had an Atmosphere account for at least 6 months
- Does not have an account level label from moderation.blacksky.app (ex, misogynoir, anti-black harassment, etc.)
- Are able to report content from blacksky.community from their account and apply a label
- Agrees to have a peer moderator label on the account
The commitment looks like this: You'd handle submitting reports (content you see that goes against our guidelines) independently, but will have direct communication with the trust and safety team via email if you have any questions. All peer moderators can moderate for up to 6 months at a time.
