Should we become a co-operative?

I've been looking for a way to have a some form of governance structure so that it's easier to work together towards common goals, like making the best archive of out-of-date CCGs, etc. It needs to be easy and flexible, but also clear that we're not going to sell-out to some VC.
I'm thinking that going the direction of a co-operative makes sense, especially since it doesn't have to be incorporated until the time is right, but has a clear set of principles and values.
What do you all think?

Thanks for getting in touch. That's great news about your project, though any agreement on using community scanned images for a commercial project would need to be approved. If it adds value to the community I'm sure we can at least link to it from the site. Why not join us on Discord to discuss.
BTW, hopefully you're a developer who is only using Claude as an assistant since the quality of software created by vibe-coding is terrible.

Massive respect for all the archiving work, I recently started a jinteki.net like project with Claude, it is not aimed for multi-player but rather solo deck-testing, I will send you the link if you let me gather all the cards pictures for including in my project ?
