What happened in March?
Published on March 29, 2021 by Lucie Anglade

In March, a lot of things happened!

Thanks to the financial support from expert Germany and Simonsoft, two new features have appeared on WeasyPrint 🎉

The first one, line-clamp is available for the Cairo branch. If you missed it, there was a release 😉
line-clamp is also available for the pydyf version on the master branch.

The second one, leaders is available only for the pydyf version. That’s a good reason to give a try to the master branch!

If you want to know more about these features, we wrote an article for each one on the blog.

Also, as we said last month, we worked on a new documentation architecture for the next WeasyPrint-pydyf version. You can preview it just here.
Don’t hesitate to tell us what you think about it 😄

Let’s stop talking about WeasyPrint.

CairoSVG got a release too, which fixes marker path scale.

And also pydyf got a release, with new features to help us get rid of Cairo and some bug fixes!

That’s all for March. Thanks for supporting us 💜
