A distributed issue tracking module that enables developers to get feedback from different systems when apps don't work. Drastically reduces time spent on understanding where apps fail which is very hard to do in distributed systems. 

The module will also evolve into a feature request and app development tool so that app developers can communicate more easily with appusers.
