About

Welsh Singer / Songwriter Anthony Price, Songwriter / Producer Wayne Bassett & Figurative Artist Michael Gustavius Payne.

Hailing from the South Wales Valleys, with songs that germinate into a hybrid of Alt Indie and sublime Electronica, Folk-rock, Indie pop, Shoegaze... Think a kaleidoscope melting pot of EELS / World Party / Radiohead / Massive Attack / Teenage Fanclub / Carole King / Badly Drawn Boy / Peter Gabriel / Death Cab for Cutie / Neil Young / R.E.M. & The Beach Boys... and you have dunkie.

"From the beautiful tree lined mountains of Wales emanates a sound that naturally branches out across Folk, Indie-tronic, 60s’ Psychedelia and Rootsy Dream-Pop. This kaleido-sonic tapestry conveys the light and shade of the human condition, while ruminating poetically and melodically from two musicians with clear, yet eclectic visions for each meticulously crafted tune." - Wintercroft Designs, UK

"It is highly probable that “Working to Design” won’t get anywhere the attention it deserves, in fact that’s pretty much impossible. It is clear though, that it will bring joy to those lucky enough to not only listen to the album, but fully immerse themselves in what is an entirely wholesome experience." - Gavin Facey

"An incredible body of work, there are many many bands who throughout an entire career will NEVER write or produce an album of this quality. The songs bleed into each other creating a sense of belonging and links them together beautifully.  It is a huge sound and it completely envelops you. A submersive experience." - Gareth Dyton

It's Indie Music and We Know It (ENGLAND, UK)
"Each of the tracks intricately combines beautiful lyrics and music that defines a sound that has the welcoming feeling of an old friend but still feels as if it is bang on trend.
