About

Our mission: To collectively create a global preventive care system.
Our vision: A worldwide network of health and well-being spaces; to return health autonomy to individuals, boost population health through community-first care, and provide meaningful work for allied health professionals.

💕 Happily Ever After sets up and stewards care spaces for any group of people, to facilitate an environment where its members can nurture their mind, body and soul.

Happily Ever After’s key offering is a Care Space. Care spaces are interdependent groups of people (communities, companies, neighborhoods) who gather to improve their individual and collective well-being.

Care Spaces are situated within the communities that they serve, and are stewarded by two or more Healers, who are the contributors within our network. Each squad of Healers run programs and experiences for their care space which help their communities health and well-being.

Each squad is autonomous and uses local context to address specific preventive care gaps that exist in their community. Additionally, squads operate as small, lean teams which are highly adaptive and can respond quickly to preventive care needs. This enhances both population health and the individual experience aspect of the Quadruple Aim

Happily Ever After’s global network is collectively governed by all of the Healer squads, and operates on the principles of self-management. This is similar to the operational principles of Decentralized Autonomous Organizations or a platform cooperative and allows our network to be locally specific yet globally coordinate and share culture.

To build a preventive care system requires technological, cultural and organizational shifts. We stand on the shoulders of giants, and are inspired by the prior work by Evolutionary Teal, Buurtzorg, the Cuban Healthcare System and Singapore’s HealthierSG program.
