September 2025
  • Outreach to sex workers across the UK and Europe to identify artists and practitioners engaged in archiving and memory practices.
  • Begin collecting interviews, objects, and symbolic fragments from collaborators (in person and remotely).
  • Commission initial design and development of project website.
  • Commission videographer/editor to produce teaser material from early documentary footage.
October 2025
  • Continue gathering contributions for the Archive of Imaginaries.
  • Launch project website with teaser of the documentary and introductory materials.
  • Upload scanned artefacts and initial digital archive contributions.
  • Write and publish a reflective blog post/creative essay on the Collective Imagination platform.
  • Prepare and host an online event for the Collective Imagination Practice community: share teaser, gather feedback, and invite further contributions to the archive.
November 2025
  • Ongoing documentation and editing of semi-fictional documentary.
  • Finalise contributions and upload additional material to the website archive.
  • Develop PR strategy and communications plan for the premiere (press release, targeted outreach to sex worker, queer, and artistic networks; social media campaign).
  • Confirm venue/online arrangements for December premiere.
December 2025
  • Final edits of documentary.
  • Implement PR campaign (press release circulation, social media roll-out, community and arts networks outreach).
  • Host premiere of the documentary (online and/or in-person), accompanied by a participatory conversation with collaborators and community members.
  • Collect feedback and reflections to inform next phase of the Archive of Imaginaries.
