Marple For Ukraine

Marple For Ukraine was founded by a group of local people around March 2022 when the War in Ukraine started. It consists of a community of people in Marple, UK, who are supporting Ukrainian refugees. Some of us are hosts. There is a Facebook group that we have been using to communicate around various messages and to spread information. This collective fiscal hosting site is being used to allow local people to donate funds and to distribute these funds to Ukrainian refugees and hosts in situations where costs may be challenging for hosts. Examples include rising food and energy costs as well as transport costs for refugees accessing training or employment.
