Hi everyone,

Our last workshop was so exciting. It was the first in-person workshop in a long while, as part of the wonderful community-driven conference, NG-BE in Belgium.

Another in-person workshop almost took place in Warsaw, Poland, as part of another one of our favorite conferences NG-Poland. However, due to the illness of the conference organizers the conference and all its activities were postponed. Stay tuned to get the new date! 

In addition, we're already planning an online workshop on January. We take our learnings from the past online workshops and other online events to improve the content, engagement and overall value of this event. 

Other plans are on the table as well, such as starting a newsletter, opening a blog, redesigning the website and refactoring our event management systems. Joining Open Collective was on our mind for a long time, and I'm happy to have finally set it up! The end of the year is a natural opportunity to look back, see what worked well and what can be improved, and make plans for the next year.
