In our aim to make information accessible to all and to drive digitalization within the pet industry, we must build transparency right into the foundations of our communication and product design. As a small, diverse team from all corners of the earth: we prize efficiency because it enables us to focus on the things that really matter. We treat both humans and animals with compassion, and aim to underscore this via sustainable practices and fair partnerships throughout our value chain. And last but not least, we proactively engage in inclusivity: the majority of us are female and originally from a migrant background. We have a range of skin tones, sexualities, and personalities. But we share more similarities than differences; we trust each other and have no doubts about each other’s worth and ability to contribute.
