The Ronald A. Burgess Jr. Foundation's mission is to " To strengthen communities by empowering students and educators within; We focus on making maximum, positive effort for our students and educators within all communities, schools and programs; providing the momentum that helps us affect change and promote growth; fostering hope, inspiration and academic success through motivation, hope and youth empowerment; helping students and youth place sustainable motivation behind their academic, sports and common student goals.

 
Student Motivators Program- Provides for 1–8-week programs; 5+ process worksheets, writing assignments and more; motivational process videos with each program; youth mindset groups and activities. 
 
Youth Motivation Podcast- Top 200 podcast on Apple in "Education for Kids" (US and South Africa); resource providing information for youth and educators; discussing common youth challenges; helping educators connect with some of their most challenging students.

Motivators Hub- Hub providing process worksheet and writing assignments helping educators discuss important topics with their students and youth; resource that could be used in classrooms, youth programs and institutions. 

Workshops and Presentations- Interactive workshops and team building activities promoting academic success, self-control, and skill building; group activities and workshops equipping youth and students with coping skills to cope with mental health, substance-use disorders, and common youth challenges. 

Youth Empowerment Committee (YEC)- Virtual space where youth empower other youth; though skill building, discussion and mentorship; YEC main focus is to seek ways to better empower their peers and promote sustainable growth and change in their schools and communities;
