The Social Change Atlas is a resource that will be created as a result of discussions and work with with young people in different schools and communities across London to ensure social change is on the agenda of what they are learning. It will encourage them to be pro-active about the issues they care about and develop they social responsibility. Many young people want to act, however do not always know how or where to get involved and the SCA's resource will support them in identifying opporunities in their community. 

Young people cannot envision themselves as valued contributors to society if the concept is not something they are exposed to earlier on in their development. 

By introducing this resource in schools at an earlier stage, SCA is contributing to shaping the mindset of approaches to tackling different issues in society by utilising the contributions that young people bring. 

We work to increase awareness about the power of youth led initiatives, advocating and campaigning with the goal that it becomes the norm to have more young leaders and shift society's perceptions of socially responsible young people as exceptions. It will inspire more young Londoners to be Malalas, Gretas and Marcuses because young people will be introduced to social change at an earlier stage.
