Stephenie was born in Panama City, Panama, and moved to Colorado at a very young age, because of her background, she is fully bilingual in Spanish and English. She received her M.S. degree in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University-Global Campus in 2020, and her B.A. degree in Communications from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2012. HR is her passion, and she loves being able to live that passion out at Pasquines as the Human Resource and Recruitment Assistant Director. It is an organization with a mission that she truly believes in, and where she has grown from an intern to a Mentor and a much stronger HR professional overall.
Other than this, she is also a Mental Health Advocate, having written articles on the subject, and using social media to speak of its importance. Additionally, she is a big supporter of animal rights, believing all animals deserve the same dignity and respect as human beings. On her time off, she focuses on her two cats, on spending time with her family and friends, and she enjoys reading and cooking.
