Web3 Institute DAO

Web3 Institute DAO is a collectively governed fund on the blockchain that unites members around a common goal: to energize Ukraine's digital economy through decentralization, innovation, and inclusive governance. The DAO believes in the transformative power of Web3 and is committed to building resilient, transparent, and fair digital ecosystems that serve Ukrainian society and shape global standards.

The DAO funds small projects with real impact on Web3 development in Ukraine — educational workshops, blockchain research, dApp prototypes, local hackathons, translations of key Web3 materials, and pilot smart contract projects. Proposals are evaluated based on four criteria: economic recovery, cybersecurity and trust, inclusive digital infrastructure, and ESG-oriented Web3 impact.

Participation is open to anyone with an Ethereum wallet. Members can propose projects for funding, vote on budget allocation, and learn decentralized self-governance through real practice. The DAO runs on the Gardens platform on the Celo network, with onboarding support and Q&A sessions available on Discord.

The core principles are transparency (open code, processes, and budgets), decentralization (no single center of power), participation (every voice matters), and regeneration (the digital economy must serve the future).
