About
Vanilla Way was founded in 2010 in Berlin as Change Agency to support collectives and start-ups in communication and organizational development.
First Way was standing for consulting, facilitation and strategy design. Vanilla for a certain sweetness and spice in the way of working. Later we found out that Vanilla Way goes beyond consulting services, it’s also here for daring transgression around societal taboos.
In 2016 Vanilla Way turned into an international collective of change agents with the purpose to research and facilitate collaboration & trust. At the moment we are focussing on building our relationships, governance and projects.
