Advancing Adaptive Intelligence Circle Foundation (AIC) towards Public Digital Infrastructure (PDI) Standards

True decentralization is not just about writing code; it is about building a structural firewall that mitigates institutional and commercial capture from day one.

We pleased to share that the official documentation and structural framework for the Adaptive Intelligence Circle Foundation (AIC) have been formally submitted for evaluation as a Public Digital Infrastructure (PDI) under the Digital Public Goods Alliance (DPGA) registry. This marks a critical transition in our long-term roadmap. By anchoring our development directly onto open, un-endorsed global standards, AIC is shifting from an isolated protocol into a verifiable public utility.

The Architecture of Trust:
• The Ethical Kernel: Built using C++/Rust/Lua to enforce safety restrictions at the system boundary rather than the application layer.
• Immutable Provenance: Our foundational Whitepaper v1.0 and core submodules are permanently frozen via Zenodo (CERN) with a registered DOI, ensuring academic and technical immutability.
• Decentralized Execution: Infrastructure remains hosting-independent across [Codeberg e.V.] and [GitLab], insulated from single-point-of-failure constraints.
Operating under a strict Zero-Donation Stance, our objective is entirely non-commercial: to construct an adaptive framework that serves human meaning safely, without geopolitical alignment.

The path of architecting raw infrastructure from the Global South is inherently complex, but establishing a verifiable Monopoly of Trust is the only sustainable strategy for the next generation of computing. Deep gratitude to the independent auditors, researchers, and global open-source networks including The IO Foundation whose frameworks continue to guide this architectural puzzle.
