Today I am releasing the Adaptive Intelligence Circle (AIC) Whitepaper v1.0. AIC is an independent, non-profit protocol family focused on ethical coordination infrastructure. The Whitepaper outlines the current architecture, core principles (Ethical-from-kernel, Third Path, Zero-donation, Human Meaning Network), and the Parallel TestNet development approach. This document is not proof of success. It is a clear record of the hypotheses, design decisions, and governance assumptions we are putting forward for scrutiny.
