Can you confirm that paypal payments are working, we had major delays on some of our reimbursals and I had assumed it was due to this paypal outage. OCF is saying the outage only affects them and not All for Climate, though.

I will resubmit all the payments we didn't get as a new paypal reimbursal and will ask you to send us the money if you confirm paypal payments work.
