this week has taken a lot out of me. will be a slower week next week. updated jiggles microphone should no longer break when forcefully disconnected from session corrected a bunch of audio mistakes and issues including ui audio fixed individual user settings resetting and not updating the cached values added examples to basis and cleaned up some of the old test scripts remove a ton of basis addressables boiler plate code should reduce memory usage further fixed avatar scaling breaking fbik replaced how we used to set the position of the player with a ik based replacement animator pacing should also look better now that its not a frame behind major work on virtual spine to stop some of the desktop and vr weirdness with ik fixed some euler to quaternion math going wrong with rotations added more gizmos for fbik world mesh lod now exists to get control over meshlods in the world. you can now look down to a max degree of 90 in desktop. fixed connection panel never initalizing on very slow machines. new website : https://basisvr.org/ bugs this week: jiggle physics will break a bit this week. will look into it next week. hand offsets are still a issue. not account for avatar hand offsets yet. next steps: my goal from here is to release these changes on LTS once stable.
