June 2021 news
Published on June 6, 2021 by Michael Rambeau
This is the first update on Open Collective, as we have just opened an account for Best of JS. Special thanks to our first backer, Victor Coisne from Strapi!
The latest release of the web application (0.30) brings some improvements about the layout to make some links easier to find, including a link to the "Rising Stars" project.
Details in the GitHub Pull Request: https://github.com/bestofjs/bestofjs-webui/pull/103
Also, we don't track anymore the number of Page Views with Google Analytics, now we use Cloudflare Web Analytics.
We'd like to use an open source solution like Plausible, see the details here: https://github.com/bestofjs/bestofjs-webui/issues/105 but we would need the help of sponsors to finance this feature!
The next feature we are thinking of: we'd like to provide a way to let users compare projects (including the trends on GitHub, the download on NPM and numbers lie the size of the bundle)... stay tuned!
