What did you accomplish during 2023? How did you use money?
We collaborated to create an online space for folks who are interested in doing business differently, and we experimented with new ideas for programming and gathering. Most of our funds were used for operating expenses and to pay ourselves as individuals.

What challenges did you face during 2023? What did your Collective learn? How did you change or grow?
We faced the challenge of the shifting landscape of online gathering and membership models. We recognized that the capacity of folks is changing, zoom fatigue is real, and that we need to rethink how we show up in 2024 to meet the needs of the people who we are in relationship with.

What are your plans for 2024? Anything exciting coming up?
We will be reimagining what our collective is bringing to the table in a future iteration of our offerings. We aren’t yet sure what that will look like, however we are leaning into possibility and our own individual passions that we can bring together in this collaboration.
