Chirp #5 is now out. This week Evan, Neal, and I sat down to map out short and mid-term priorities for Budgie 11, defining must-haves and nice-to-haves for Preview 1, which will be the first public build featuring elements of the Budgie 11 experience. On the development side, I started building out panel configuration using KConfig XT, with live config updates already working end-to-end.

Budgie 10.10 also saw a healthy round of fixes: OSD visibility over fullscreen apps, Icon Task List behavior improvements, continued labwc bridge refinements from David, and a cursor fix for QEMU-based VMs.

Next up, I'll be wiring up screen edge repositioning and then moving on to the extension loading pipeline so we can start getting actual content into the panel.
