Hello all, the Cannlytics LIMS is near complete. The user interface, API design, and Python module are almost complete. There are 3 main pieces of functionality left to complete the Cannlytics LIMS:
 

- Automatic parsing of instrument results: Now that the API is set up, writing a routine to automatically collect and upload results from your instruments will be simple and easy. (Expected < 1 day of work).

- Result calculation: Once data is populated to the database, then logic needs to be written to use analyte formulas in conjunction with measurements to calculate final results. Logic to identify Pass/Fail can be added. (Expected 1 day of work).

- CoA PDF generation logic and user interface: A user interface to create, review, and approve CoAs is needed and the logic to create CoA PDFs needs to be written. A user interface and logic for multiple users per organization, user signatures, and user pins is a requirement for full-functional CoA generation. (Expected 1.5 to 2 days).
