Share Kai

We have been busy this year developing our Share Kai workstream. We couldn't do this without the close collaboration with our friends at InCommon. Together we're running series of events:
Share Kai & Kōrero
Working with cooks from former refugee and migrant communities, giving them livelihood opportunities through our Cooks Collective, and creating place of participation for diners to experience cultures. Have a look at our Share Kai & Kōrero Stanmore Road events
Share a Table
Coming together in central places of connection to have the place to connect with others over food. Here we see our Share a Table Riverside event.
Share Kai, Share Culture
Working with organisations to celebrate diversity.
Check out Share Kai, Share Culture with the Crusaders!
We are extremely grateful to Telling Lives for the wonderful film footage that captured the essence of our Share Kai & Kōrero and Share Culture events.
We are now preparing to pitch to WEAVE (formerly Working Together More Fund), in late July with our proposal to scale Share Kai in Ōtautahi, and throughout Aotearoa.
Thank you for your continued support! Your funding will enable us to continue to deliver these events in the city over the coming months.
