Hello! Here's what we're planning on working on for the upcoming week. Comments are definitely welcome, either here or on our Github, and we always welcome new ideas for localities to add or ways to make CivicBand better.

The goal is to have every site update every 24 hours. Right now, around 50 sites are in a "stuck" state, and I'm paying down the technical debt to bring everything back to current.

There's three document hosts I'm going to focus on this week for "stuck" state:

There's one document host that I think is too noisy with network requests, so I'm going to try and be more efficient with fetching:

On the CivicBand website itself, three issues I'm going to fix this week:
- "States" should be "States / Provinces": https://github.com/civicband/corkboard/issues/75

- Anti-abuse processes documented, with a form for reporting: https://github.com/civicband/corkboard/issues/7

For the core pipeline:
- We use Google Sheets for researching and tracking municipalities we might want to add. We have enough municipalities now that we need some syncing in place to not double our research load: https://github.com/civicband/clerk/issues/123

On the outreach side, there's a couple outlets I've discovered that I'm going to email and see how CivicBand can be helpful. If you know any of these folks, or know outlets that could benefit from our work, please let me know.
