We can't wait to see all of you at the Launchpad opening weekend in less than a week! We have updated the event site (https://codeforphilly.org/events/launchpad-2023) with details on how to get to the Caucus Room inside City Hall for Friday's event, as well as the schedules for both days. For quick reference, we'll post the schedules here as well...

Friday 3/31:
  • 6 pm: Doors Open
  • 6-6:30 pm: Dinner (there will be leftovers)
  • 6:30-6:45 pm: Opening remarks from CfP Leadership
  • 6:45-7:30 pm: “Third Place” Speakers (folks from "third places" around the city, such as the Fairmount Park Conservancy, will be speaking about their organizations and their challenges to give you inspiration for projects)
  • 7-9 pm: Idea Generation & Planning for Saturday
Saturday 4/1:
  • 9 - 9:45 am: Sign-in + breakfast
  • 9:45 am: Opening remarks from CfP Leadership
  • 10:05 am: Team formation
  • 10:25 - 12:30 pm: Workshops! (4 workshops on various topics that will help you with your projects, 30 minutes each)
  • 12:30 pm: Lunch
  • 1:30 pm: Open teamwork and hacking
  • 5:15 pm: Dinner
  • 7:00 pm: Doors close
Please also note:
  • To get into City Hall, you will be asked for photo ID and to go through a metal detector.
  • Save time getting into the event by having your tickets open and ready on your phone when you arrive.
