This year, we honored 7 years of The Collective BAE. It was a year of recalibration and re-connection. We launched an event series here in NYC that centered conscious dance and indigenous wisdoms; grounded into our organizational structures and leadership positions; and combed through our output, honing in on our core pillarss & creating materials and systems to relaunch as a holistic impact agency.

Our main challenge this year was locating aligned venue partners that could host the unique spaces we seek to offer to our community. We learned that in widening + focusing our vision and mission, we could re-imagine what those spaces could be. We recognized how vital it was to commit to some necessary organization and standard business practices in order to grow the scale and impact of our work.

For 2024, we are preparing to launch a worldwide membership that will offer our members access to accessible and transformational offerings, trainings, experiences, and opportunities that will help support their unique growth and our collective mission.

We are grateful and excited to welcome new partnerships and collaborations that are in deep alignment this new year.
