At the Tower Hamlets Hub, women are leading a programme which explores how we devolve power and resources to the community, whilst exploring anti-racism and Black liberation principles.
The programme involves co-creating a community garden, developing a theory of change for the Hubs — and visualising this via textiles/artworks, and archiving healing practices/methods.
