About
Tapa Talanoa Collective is undergoing a new phase of sustainability where we aim to set up our NZ-based legal entity supported by reputable legal experts in NZ. This will include the drafting of all founding documents to register our entity and to support our application for charitable status.
In addition, we have engaged an experienced Business and Governance expert to support to early set-up stages of the entity which includes Trustee elections, compliance documents, strategic direction planning, and the setup of our governance and operational systems. This may include our recruitment strategy for the Trust once it is established.
Our key contributor to this phase of the project is the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) confirmed on the 10th March 2025.
