We are thrilled by the abundance of the Common Good Mutual Aid Fund! We started this mutual aid last year in mid-August, and now, a year later, we have raised and distributed a total of $22,995.16! Thank you all for your amazing generosity to care for your neighbors! 

In these tumultuous times, where vulnerable neighbors are being targeted and forgotten, we are doing what we can to take care of one another! We have supported single moms, families in need whose benefits have been cut, elderly shut-ins, neighbors who are going through a medical emergency, and neighbors who are facing precarious situations with a family member in detention. This is the breakdown for our first year of mutual aid:

The needs continue to grow as many of our immigrant communities face state terror, abductions, and are afraid to leave their homes. And the high costs of inflation of gas, food, and basic needs continue to impact the most vulnerable. But we are not powerless to work for the common good!

We have distributed all of the funds raised, and so we are asking neighbors once more to share gifts, big or small, so that we can continue to care for one another! Let's rise to the occasion and share what we have. 

Alone we can do so little. Together we can do so much!
