Sadly, we have made the decision to shut down this project. While the goal is admirable and remains necessary, and no code will be deleted, momentum on the project has slowed to a crawl, and members are unable to contribute time in a meaningful way. We appreciate everyone's financial support, but ultimately we did not reach a revenue level anywhere near approaching what would be necessary to pay someone to dedicate time to project, and volunteers were not able to give the amount of time and energy required to get us off the ground. The search for a reliable payment processor goes on, and similar enterprises are ongoing (Comix Cleric being a good example.) We are grateful for everyone's contributions and have refunded all that we can (Open Collective cannot refund anything older than 30 days).
