Plans for New Infrastructure (Bellator)

• Noted contributors will be granted access to infrastructure, such as:

• "Noted contributors" refers to any Contributors who have made a positive impact and are trusted by the Core Team

Matrix

• We are currently trialing a Synapse instance at getcryst.al
• This will supercede the current Crystal Space on tar.black
• We are self-hosting matrix-appservice-discord
• We'll be trialing doing what we used to do with "Work VCs" where we enter a channel and screenshare ourselves working on the project to interact with the community and give more instight on the workflow

GitHub Org for PKGBUILDs

• The crystal-linux-packages GH Org now hosts all of our PKGBUILDs
• Distribution Team has control over the entire organisation
