(1)  ECCE received no funding or other support via Open Collective or elsewhere during 2023 and we had zero in spending, even as we focused on new approaches to expand our mission. 

(2)  ECCE has been speaking with and working to add another admin (our 3rd) toward bridging our mutual goals and her unique leadership work.

(3)  ECCE also recently started evaluating other models for our growth and sustainability involving the OC platform, including formal alliances with other collectives or formation of a new specialized fiscal host to reinforce our bond to local groups in the US that share our interests.  This structural planning will be one of our priorities for 2024.
