In celebration of Global Accessibility Awareness Day, we published our annual email accessibility report on 15 May 2025.
The report discusses the state of accessibility in HTML emails (what senders do), and the state of accessibility in email clients (what applications that render HTML emails do).
Accessibility in HTML emails remains critically under-addressed in 2025. Across the ecosystem, accessibility failures are systemic, widespread, and largely preventable.
