Dear friends and family,

Thanks so much for coming to this event and supporting Lumiere Cinema and our films. 

As part of our work, it’s really important for us to develop and grow an audience, so we’re really grateful to have shared these films with you (including those of you who attended Maria’s film screening Fake Blood). With this in mind, we wanted to invite you to be part of something new.

To stay connected with our audience, we’ve created a membership on Open Collective that asks for a minimum of £1 per year. As part of this, we will send occasional updates with what we’re working on, behind-the-scenes material and more events like the one you attended (off and online). We plan to slowly and thoughtfully grow this membership as we develop as filmmakers, using the funds to help us create meaningful work we can share with you and others alike.

More specifically, contributing today will help us screen these films at festivals around the world, allowing us to share them with a wider audience and continue to build credibility as filmmakers.
