3. Paul’s Pad - few issues, fly tipping, being reported. Grass is being cut. Discuss in new year regarding activities. 

4. Planning applications - 

Rigby St contractor still not paid the CIL, council taking enforcement action. 

*Area suffering badly from fly tipping, agenda item for next time.

Old Perry’s site - converted to storage business but has no planning permission, council looking into this. 

*Ghafoor appeal hearing January. Need to know why FoFS have not been consulted? FoFS to share details of appeal hearing submissions online

FoFS willing to attend appeal and repeat our objections

Fireworks nuisance raise with Police and Councillors, police believe some being sold illegally from vans and shops.
