Forage: Movement Workshop

Facilitated by Mitsu Salmon

In this structured improvisation workshop, we'll draw from Butoh (a Japanese contemporary dance form rooted in the relationship between imagery and movement). We will explore how animals, stillness, terrain, + instincts live in our bodies. We'll move through guided imagery, investigating what it feels like to be a creature, to be curious, to be in relationship with the world around us.

No dance experience necessary. Open to all bodies and all levels.
