Our hearts are heavy and the world is burning. Let's get outside & skill up! Learn how to identify, process & preserve nutritious key winter wild foods. Reconnect to your ancient hunter-gatherer and future-proof yourself from food scarcity.

Gemma, an ethnobotanist and urban ecologist from Earthwild, has lived off a fully wild diet for a total of 6 months for research. We seriously need to share this knowledge more widely in these times! Please note that we won't be harvesting on this walk.

This is an adult event and children are welcome, in case childcare is not possible. Over 10s must have their own ticket, under 10s are welcome if supervised by an adult - but please do tell us in advance as the route may not be suitable and tickets are limited. If you'd be up for a future family foraging event, let us know!

We will be fundraising for Ahmed Alsabe's family in Gaza and for Hassala, supporting artists in Gaza, and a project of Jumana Manna who directed the 'Foragers’ film, which was part of our WN4PAL Film Festival 2024.
