Canarias en Gathering of Tribes

Desde la asociación Luna Red Producción Cultural, nos hemos unido para apoyar una transformación cultural hacia una sociedad más humana y sostenible. Hoy, te presentamos una emocionante propuesta para impulsar este cambio aquí en Canarias. 

Nuestro proyecto nace del movimiento regenerativo, un nuevo movimiento internacional que busca el cuidado de la tierra, las personas y el futuro. Este septiembre, este movimiento se reunirá en un campamento internacional de cuatro días, el Gathering of Tribes, para conectarnos, reflexionar y actuar en conjunto. Este encuentro está diseñado para apoyar el crecimiento de un ecosistema regenerativo de colaboración. Queremos llevar la esencia de Canarias a este evento.

Imagina que personas de todo el mundo puedan escuchar de primera mano cómo era la vida en Canarias a través de los relatos de nuestros mayores, aprender de nuestros artesanos tradicionales, conocer a nuestros artistas... y también comprender cómo es la vida hoy en día en las islas, con sus desafíos y contrastes.

E imagina que estos mismos artistas, artesanos y agricultores puedan descubrir y conocer las últimas tendencias internacionales en sostenibilidad y regeneración. Ellos podrán llevar estos conocimientos de vuelta a las islas y compartirlos con nuestra comunidad para que, juntos, podamos aplicar estas innovadoras prácticas aquí en Canarias.

Así, estaremos aportando nuestro granito de arena en este proceso regenerativo global. 

Sin embargo, muchos de estos valiosos participantes no pueden asistir debido a limitaciones económicas. Necesitamos tu ayuda para hacerlo posible y construir juntos un futuro mejor para todos.

Es decir, si logramos 1000 € podremos llevar a 4 personas que al evento, si logramos 2000 € además podremos llevar el material para crear un campamento. Y si logramos más, podremos llevar a más personas: Si llegamos a 6000 € iremos con 20 personas.

From the association Luna Red Producción Cultural, we have come together to support a cultural transformation towards a more humane and sustainable society. Today, we present an exciting proposal to promote this change here in the Canary Islands. 

Our project is born out of the regenerative movement, a new international movement that seeks to care for the earth, people and the future. This September, this movement will gather for a four-day international camp, the Gathering of Tribes, to connect, reflect and act together. This gathering is designed to support the growth of a collaborative regenerative ecosystem. We want to bring the essence of the Canary Islands to this event.

Imagine that people from all over the world can hear firsthand what life was like in the Canary Islands through the stories of our elders, learn from our traditional craftsmen, meet our artists... and also understand what life is like today in the islands, with its challenges and contrasts.

And imagine that these same artists, artisans and farmers can discover and learn about the latest international trends in sustainability and regeneration. They will be able to bring this knowledge back to the islands and share it with our community so that, together, we can apply these innovative practices here in the Canary Islands.

In this way, we will be contributing our grain of sand in this global regenerative process. 

However, many of these valuable participants are unable to attend due to financial constraints. We need your help to make this possible and build together a better future for all.
