The Gift Collective team is so excited to announce that we have 2 new roles opening up to support our kaupapa: a Programme Administrator and a Community Outreach Coordinator!
The Programme Administrator is a new, part-time (30 hours/week) role to support our Gift Collective Programme Lead (Chloe Spedding) with financial, compliance and administration tasks. We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-orientated, efficient, with strong tech and administration skills. You’ll need to be self-motivated and have a passion for helping people and a desire to work in the charity sector. This will be a hybrid role based in Wellington, paying $54,600 (pro rata $72,800 FTE).
The Community Outreach Coordinator is a new, part-time (20 hours/week) role to focus on community building and outreach, to find new community groups who would benefit from Gift Collective’s service. We are seeking to grow the number of groups under our umbrella and so marketing (including social media) and outreach will be a core component of the role, as will building a community. This role will need to have a good understanding of the community and charity sector and a strong network in this sector, including with Māori and Pasifika networks or other marginalised communities. This role may involve travel to see community groups in person. A Wellington-based candidate would have options of working in-office or hybrid. We also welcome candidates across the motu who could work fully remotely, with visits to the main office in Wellington CBD. Pay is $41,600 (pro rata $83,200 FTE).
