Seismic Questions is a co-created book project and emerging dialogue tool with the intention to challenge dominant narratives and invite deep questioning as a practice for transformation. It seeks to offer ways to live into complexity rather than rush to solutions, a shift urgently needed in systems change.
It is an open collaborative call, seeking to weave a community of practice, inviting radical honesty, open inquiry and imagination grounded in the collective ability to live Seismic Questions. Seismic Questions are the kind of questions that open up new, previously unimaginable realms of possibilities. They are questions that can't be answered; only through living and embodying the questions will new pathways open up. Seismic Questions are, for example;
- What is wealth?
- What if we learn how to speak whale?
- What is enough?
- What is home?
- What if we learned to listen to the calls of Mother Earth?
In the book, we are gathering questions and lived experiences that will be shared by a community of co-authors and contributors. Followed by a wide array of tools, methods, poetry and artwork that enable the reader to hold space for Seismic Questions in themselves and in community.
The collective imagination practice community fund enables us to design, organise and facilitate Seismic Question gatherings and test various facilitation techniques within communities of practice.

How do I get paid from a Collective?
Submit an expense and provide your payment information.
How are expenses approved?
Collective admins are notified when an expense is submitted, and they can approve or reject it.
Is my private data made public?
No. Only the expense amount and description are public. Attachments, payment info, emails and addresses are only visible to you and the admins.
When will I get paid?
Payments are processed by the Collective's Fiscal Host, the organization that hold funds on their behalf. Many Fiscal Hosts pay expenses weekly, but each one is different.
Why do you need my legal name?
The display name is public and the legal name is private, appearing on receipts, invoices, and other official documentation used for tax and accounting purposes.
