đ ď¸ Built (and Rebuilt) for the Commons

The InterCooperative Network (ICN) wasnât forged in a startup incubator or birthed by a foundation. Itâs the product of years spent thinking, building, scrapping, rethinking, rebuilding againâtrying to imagine what it might take to create a real digital infrastructure for cooperation, not control.Â
Itâs never been about perfection. Itâs about possibility.Â
Now, weâre at the point where that possibility needs you. Weâre looking for cooperatives, collectives, and communities willing to kick the tires, break things, offer feedback, and help us shape something that could serve the many, not the few.Â
ICN isnât ready for prime timeâand thatâs the point. We donât want to ship a finished product. We want to co-create a foundation: for federated governance, shared economics, and peer-to-peer coordination. A network where solidarity is realânot just rhetoric.Â
Weâre not asking for money (though if you believe in the mission and feel like throwing a coin to the dev, it wouldnât go unappreciated). What we really need are testers, builders, dreamersâco-ops that want to help build the future they wish existed.Â
Itâs messy. Itâs fragile. Itâs real. And itâs for all of us.Â
