Join us on Thursday 9th April for an evening of food, music, dabke and solidarity at Pelican House to raise funds for grassroots initiatives supporting people in Lebanon who are impacted by isreal’s war of aggression. We will be raising funds for displaced families with a variety of needs (medical, shelter, food), and lifesaving supplies to the Civil Defence - Lebanon’s first-responders, providing life saving rescue operations on the front lines.

As the zionist regime carries out a new war of aggression on Lebanon, and especially against the people of the South, the Bekaa, and the southern suburbs of Beirut (Dahieh), over a million people are once again being forced into displacement in an attempt at ethnic cleansing. 

Displacement means losing the safety and comfort of one’s home, dealing with the constant uncertainty of what’s to come, and losing one’s livelihood and income. Our material help can at least offer some relief in such a time of unimaginable physical, mental, emotional, and financial distress.
