Land

The Near North camp land fund has been transferred to People Who Give a Damn Inc for holding while the usual mutual aid activities balance has been transferred to a new fiscal host, Raft. Active efforts to acquire land continue with Gertrude Brown Community Land Trust, https://www.gbclt.org and this money is waiting for that or similar. The people of the Near North encampment want to stay together and keep supporting one another, and seek land on which to build community, land that cannot be taken away.
