Support an exceptional developer, and make Pion better

Pion has accumulated some tech debt. Our tooling (golangci-lint) hasn't been updated in a long time, and our backlog of issues has grown to 200+ across the repos. Pion needs a hero, and I I have found that person.
Joe has started working on Pion and his work is exceptional. He is a fantastic communicator [1]. His code/technical abilities are phenomenal [2]. I am positive that if he works on Pion for 3 months it will reach a level I have never been able to get it too.
I need your help to make that happen. I have a created a bounty list that is $6,000 in total. It is about 3 months of work. Your donations will fix/implement the following.
