Alversjö is a new location and offers a lot of uncertainties. The buffer amount is optimistic, which should be fine mostly because the other big costs like relocation and water are overestimated. While there has been little input here on Talk, there have been more conversations on Discord and I've reached out to leads directly. I feel confident enough to conclude this AP, so that we can move on with the dreams process.
