Servo Collective: 2025 in review
Published on March 2, 2026 by Delan Azabani
2025 was the second year of the Servo Collective, and in that year we raised 59,430.02 USD (+62.5% over 2024). Your donations have helped the Servo project grow with its community in a variety of ways, paying for one of our two Outreachy internships, five dedicated servers for faster CI and more accurate benchmarking, and 89 hours of work towards helping new and existing contributors do their best work on Servo. Thanks for making that possible!
We accept donations via Open Collective, GitHub Sponsors, and thanks.dev. We’re also working on accepting donations via Benevity, but as of the end of 2025, we were still in the process of organising the first payout.
Use of donations is decided transparently by the Servo Technical Steering Committee’s public funding request process, and active proposals are tracked in servo/project#187. For more details, head to our Sponsorship page.
