Release 1.7.0 - Setup Tool - planned - re-scheduled

Today we want to inform you about a small rescheduling of version 1.7.0 of setup-tool.
We decided to reschedule the full release to the time frame of the new Fedora release.
This means version 1.7.0 will get it's stable release in the time frame between:
October 22nd and November 5th, 2024.
We will release 1.7.0_rc6 on September 9th, 2024 alongside version 1.0.3 of libstp.
